Lindsay’s passion for Spanish and world cultures shines through in every lesson. With 18 years of experience teaching Spanish, English, and literacy to learners of all ages — from preschoolers to adults — Lindsay knows how to make language come alive. She earned her Master’s in Spanish while living in Madrid, Spain, and has also studied in Valencia and traveled throughout Costa Rica, Chile, and Spain.
Now based in Philadelphia, Lindsay and her family are deeply connected to the area’s vibrant Mexican and Central American communities. Her teaching philosophy focuses on engaging, authentic, and comprehensible lessons that help students communicate confidently from day one.

Lauren’s journey with Spanish began at Penn State University, where she studied Spanish language and English as a Second Language. She taught English in Quito, Ecuador, before returning to the U.S. to teach middle and high school Spanish for eight years.
After serving as the Director of a Spanish Immersion Preschool, Lauren is now finishing her Master’s in Spanish at West Chester University. She’s also a mom of two and continues to share her enthusiasm for language learning with adult students.
