In this IN-PERSON class you will continue improving your Spanish in a fun and comfortable environment. You will learn and practice common phrases and useful vocabulary through conversation and reading. We will read a mini-novel detailing a family’s escape from Cuba. Entering Level 3 you should be able to understand basic Spanish and hold simple conversations. In this class, you will converse in more detail about past and upcoming plans. (Prior to Level 3, EdConnect students have had 30 hours of Spanish instruction.)

This class is unique in that after meeting together for one hour of class time each week, you will crossover with the ESL (English as a Second Language) students for a half hour and have a language exchange – you will practice your Spanish and a Spanish-speaker will practice their English with you. ¡Qué divertido! How fun!
